Shrink Wrapping Machine Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner for plant buyers who need a shrink wrapping machine quotation that can be compared on the same film and pack geometry. Share pack construction, film type, quantity and destination so factories can return wholesale quotes. This site does not operate a wrapping-equipment factory and does not publish a market discount percentage.

Machine price, delivery and site work are different cost buckets. A shrink wrapping machine quotation that mixes them hides whether the buyer is paying for a wrapper cell or for an installed project. Ask each factory to keep the buckets on separate lines so total landed cost can be compared without a percentage claim.
Frame, film feed, listed sealing bar, standard format guides for the named pack, tunnel marked as inside the machine boundary, and PLC interface hardware if it sits on the same line.
Export packing, inland haul, ocean or air freight, destination duties, and unloading at the plant. These items change with quantity and destination even when the film list is identical.
Footprint, three-phase supply, connected load in kW, compressed air demand, cooling water if the tunnel needs it, and conveyors that present packs without surges.
Many plants still sleeve packs by hand or run an older sealer whose tunnel no longer matches current film. Record current cycle time on the named pack, operator count at the wrap station, and whether packs leave unstable before cooling. Those facts define the replacement requirement; they are not a guarantee that a new wrapper will match the old footprint.
State whether the purchase must dock to an existing case conveyor or whether a new infeed and discharge path is allowed.
Case erecting, filling, labeling, pallet wrapping and stretch wrapping stay outside unless the same supplier lists them as separately priced modules. Installation, training, spare parts, extra format kits and FAT attendance are quoted separately when they are not on the base machine line. Engineering acceptance remains a contract signature, not a website statement.
